How do I print on legal-sized paper?
When you click Print Selected Forms in Blue Moon, a PDF file is generated. When you send that file to your printer a print dialogue box will display. Make sure you have the correct printer selected and change the paper size to Legal (or 8 1/2 x 14 in). Enter how many copies you want to print.
Can I print on letter-sized paper?
The NAA and TAA lease forms are formatted for legal-sized paper. If you choose to print on letter-sized paper this may distort the content making the font very small and/or unreadable.
Why are my documents printing with gibberish/symbols/jumbled words?
This issue occurs when the incorrect printer drivers or software are installed, or the drivers have become corrupt. It is recommended that you go to your printer manufacturer's website to install the latest printer drivers.
Why is "Sample" printing across my documents?
You are most likely clicking the Preview button in the print menu. Make sure to click the Print Selected Forms button to generate documents without the sample watermark.
