With the Windows 10 update, a new browser called Microsoft Edge is installed. Windows 10 makes this the default browser as well as the default PDF Viewer. If you are using Microsoft Edge and are unable to print lease forms, you have the following options:
- Use another browser when accessing Blue Moon. (We recommend using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.)
- You may use Microsoft Edge but you must make Adobe Reader the default PDF viewer. Doing this means your PDF files will open in Adobe, rather than inside an Edge browser window, allowing you the option to print.
Follow the steps below to make Adobe Reader the default PDF Viewer using Windows 10:
- First make sure you have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not, you can download it here.
- In Windows 10 open the Control Panel and select Default Programs.
- Click the link called "Associate a file type or protocol with a program." Wait a few seconds for the files types to load.
- Scroll down the list until you see ".PDF" and click the Change Program button.
- A pop-up window will appear letting you choose an app from the list. Choose Adobe Reader.
Note:
If you don't see Adobe Reader as an option, click More Apps. If you still don't see it as an option, you may need to download Adobe Reader first.
